We had a lovely stay at the Ritz, enjoying the beautiful grounds and some fantastic amenities, like the pools and spa. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, especially at peak dining times, which detracted from our overall experience. I had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds at Lake Oconee. The variety of activities and beautiful setting made it a perfect getaway for my family. While the rooms were comfortable, they could use a bit of updating, and I found the dining options a bit pricey. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and various on-site facilities.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The beautiful location next to the lake offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with lots of activities available. The service was consistently great, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only downside was the renovations happening in some areas; they did feel a bit dated in parts, but the charm of the hotel more than made up for it.
